Baker Part Time | 1:30pm•5:30pm | 12•16 hours per week
Pay:

Baker:
Requires applicant to be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 10th grade education. Knowledge of baking. Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain upon hire. What You'll Do as a
Baker:
Prepares and portions food such as salads, desserts and vegetables in accordance with production sheets, standardized recipes, portion control and time schedules. Serves meals in Main Kitchen. Assists in the dish room. Puts stock away using FIFO (First in First out). Maintains high standards of sanitation and completes daily and special cleaning tasks as outlined on the sanitation checklist. Meets with the Dietary Manager to review daily menus and special functions to ensure proper portion control and that special diet needs are being met. Bakes general baking goods.
