Key Responsibilities:

Decorate ice cream cakes according to Cold Stone Creamery standards and customer requests. Write messages and add custom designs to cakes neatly and accurately. Prepare cakes for display and customer pickup. Maintain cake inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available. Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times. Assist customers with cake orders, recommendations, and special requests. Answer phone calls and take cake orders accurately. Help prepare ice cream products and serve customers when needed. Operate the cash register and process customer payments. Keep the cake decorating area, kitchen, and store clean and organized. Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other store duties as assigned. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous cake decorating experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Cake Decorator plays an important role in creating memorable celebrations for our customers through beautifully decorated cakes and exceptional service.

Pay:

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
