Bakery Team Member II Trainer - Findlay

This position offers a base hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. Love helping others learn and grow? Step into a key role on our bakery team as a Trainer, where you'll help bring new team members up to speed and set them up for success from day one. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with new hires and team members, teaching processes, demonstrating best practices, and making sure everyone feels confident on the floor. You'll help keep training organized, track progress, and provide feedback that helps the whole team get better every day. RESPONSIBILITIES

(other duties may be assigned) Help create a positive, respectful work environment by leading with great energy and bringing our Sheetz culture to life every day. Show up with a friendly, welcoming attitude - especially when helping new team members get comfortable and confident. Keep training on track by completing documentation accurately and staying organized. Stay tuned into training progress and jump in with support or adjustments to help team members succeed. Share clear, helpful feedback (both written and verbal) to support growth and development. Speak up with ideas to improve SOPs and help keep processes fresh and effective. Share feedback on training materials and help keep them up to date and easy to follow. Stay ready to jump in anywhere by being trained (or willing to be trained) across all areas of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education Sheetz training or trade training in production environment High School Diploma/GED preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required Foodservice or food manufacturing experience preferred Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer. Licenses/Certifications None required Tools & Equipment General Office Equipment Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.) Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, forklift, etc.) Large scale equipment
