Overview We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Retail Bakery team member to join our vibrant bakery environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with baked goods, and thrives in a lively, customer-focused setting. As part of our bakery team, deliver friendly service that keeps our customers coming back for more. Package baked items carefully to maintain freshness and presentation during display and sale. Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about ingredients or dietary options, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery display area, workstations, and storage spaces in compliance with food safety regulations. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and packaging supplies; report shortages or issues promptly. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes shoppers feel welcome. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
