Bakery Production Worker Navarre, OH Pay:

$15.00/hour Rotating Schedule - Open Availability Required Join a Busy Bakery Production Team! We are hiring Bakery Production Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Navarre, OH. This position supports daily bakery operations and production needs in a facility that operates 24 hours a day. Candidates must have open availability as schedules are assigned based on production demands and shift needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general production and bakery support duties Move, lift, stack, and place materials throughout the production process Maintain workflow from conveyor systems Count, sort, inspect, and organize products Assist with packaging and finished product handling Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines Support team production goals

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift, move, and handle products throughout shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required

Pay & Benefits:
