What You'll Do Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, pastries, and breads according to TOUS les JOURS standards Maintain consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of all products Collaborate with team members to design seasonal and custom cakes Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards Receive and stock inventory with care and attention to freshness Bring positive energy to the team and our guests every day What We're Looking For Character Humble, kind, trustworthy, and accountable Genuinely passionate about serving others and creating joy through food Competence Experience in Baking and/or Cake decorating preferred Strong attention to detail and an eye for design Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Commitment Reliable, consistent, and eager to grow Willing to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques Connection A team player with a heart for service and community Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Why Join Us?
