What You'll Do:

Produce high-quality gluten-free baked goods, including cookies, donuts, scones, biscuit and pie dough base products.

Follow recipes, scaling guides, and production systems with accuracy and consistency.

Support daily production for multiple sales channels: retail shop, local pickups and wholesale.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold food safety standards.

Communicate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and solve problems together.

Support inventory needs, prep tasks, and rotating production duties.

Contribute to an efficient, positive environment where high standards are the norm.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A growth mindset, willing to learn, try, improve, and help.

Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and follow-through.

Available Monday Saturday between 5:00 AM 3:00 PM.Friday/Saturday required.

Minimum 2 year of professional high-volume baking or commercial kitchen experience. Home baking does not qualify for this position.

The DetailsWe have a couple positions available: part-time and full-time.

Part-time:

Monday-Wednesday +

SaturdayFull-time:

Tuesday-Saturday(We are closed Sundays.)Compensation, Includes paid time off, health insurance for employees working 32+ hours/week, 401(k), free shift drinks and discount.
