Bethel Park, PA Full-Time | $16.50-$18/hour Looking to grow into a leadership role? Bethel Bakery is hiring a full-time Bakery Prep Lead/Supervisor Trainee. Food service experience required, but supervisory experience is not. We will train the right person! This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant, bakery, café, grocery, or food service experience who is dependable, motivated, and ready to take the next step in their career. Why You'll Like Working Here Full-time, steady schedule Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. No late nights Closed Sundays and major holidays Friendly, team-oriented environment Paid training and growth opportunities PTO, benefits, 401 (k), and bakery discounts What You'll Do Help lead and support a small prep/cleaning team Assign daily tasks and keep the shift organized Assist bakery production staff as needed Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards Help with inventory rotation and product storage Assist with prep and dishwashing duties when needed Communicate with other bakery departments to support daily production What We're Looking For Food service, kitchen, bakery, café, grocery, or restaurant experience required Positive attitude and dependable attendance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn leadership and team management skills Must be 18+ with reliable transportation Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
