Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to support our bakery operations. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, packaging, and ensuring our baked goods meet high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a love for baking and food artistry, to help maintain our reputation for delicious, handcrafted products.

Duties :

Support food production by handling ingredients safely and efficiently during baking and assembly processes. Package baked items carefully to ensure freshness and presentation for retail or catering orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Qualifications Knowledge of food handling safety practices within the food industry or bakery environment. Strong knife skills, baking techniques, and familiarity with baked goods are a plus. Experience in food production, is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
