Responsibilities Press and finish garments using professional pressing equipment, ensuring smooth, crisp, and wrinkle-free results Inspect clothing items for defects or irregularities before pressing and notify supervisors of any issues Follow specific garment care instructions to prevent damage during pressing processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area, including equipment sanitation and proper storage of supplies Assist with dry cleaning and laundry tasks as needed, ensuring garments are properly cleaned and prepared for pressing Handle customer garments with care, providing excellent customer service by addressing special requests or concerns Accurately record transactions involving cash handling or cashiering duties when applicable Skills Prior experience in garment pressing or dry cleaning is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, especially in guest service environments where attention to detail matters Strong understanding of laundry processes, cleaning techniques, and garment care standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records Ability to operate pressing machines safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Competence in cashiering and cash handling procedures when required Join us in delivering top-tier garment care that leaves a lasting impression!
