Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Baker at Onvo, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of fresh goods according to Tim Hortons' standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality product for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake all Tim Hortons' products, including donuts, muffins, cookies, bagels, and other baked goods, following established recipes and procedures. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are cooked thoroughly and consistently. Maintain a clean and organized baking station, including ovens, proofers, mixers, and other equipment. Ensure proper rotation of ingredients and baked goods to minimize waste. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies. Assist with inventory management of baking ingredients and supplies. Communicate effectively with team members regarding product availability and production needs. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring fresh and appealing products are readily available.

Job Qualifications:

Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred, but not required. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
