Responsibilities Prepare and mix doughs for a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality. Prep ingredients needed Support food production by measuring ingredients, following recipes, and adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Follow all food handling protocols and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic environment. Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products. Skills Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or food preparation within a bakery or restaurant setting. Strong skills with attention to detail for attractive presentation. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent math skills for recipe adjustments Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to stand for an extended time and lift (50lb) items as needed.
