• Assist with the preparation and baking of cookies, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
• Manage cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Help with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Perform additional tasks as required, such as helping with packaging and deliveries. Skills
• Experience in the food industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment, withstanding heat and noise.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with a cash register and basic retail math.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as bend and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to help with tasks as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Familiarity with the food industry and its regulations.
