The Role We are seeking a Defrost Baker to support production by preparing products for the next day's bake. This role is responsible for pulling and traying items from the freezer and different preps related to production. What You'll Do Pull products from the freezer according to the production schedule Tray up and organize products for the next day's bake Ensure accurate quantities and proper labeling Follow timing guidelines to maintain product quality Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the production team Follow all food safety and handling procedures What We're Looking For Experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently during evening hours Organized and reliable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with good communication skills Why This Role Matters This isn't a background role.
