We also bake a variety of pastries, muffins, danish, cookies and much more. We are hiring experienced bakers or are willing to train the right candidate. It is a physically challenging job and you Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work up to 8 to 10 hour shifts daily. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies with precision and care Decorate pastries using cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing treats Package baked items efficiently and attractively for display or takeout orders Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling and preparation processes Assist with food production tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and ensuring consistent quality Support the kitchen team in food preparation activities for catering events or special orders Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about baked goods and offering product recommendations Qualifications Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related food industry role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and pastry presentation skills Strong knife skills and familiarity with baking equipment and tools Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes is a plus Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary talents help create memorable moments!
