Full Job Description Apple Spice Box Lunch Catering Break Baker and Prep Cook Position Pay Rate:

$17

• $20 per hour (based on experience)

PM Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Break Baker and Prep Cook to join our team. This position is responsible for baking fresh bread, preparing food items according to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows food safety guidelines, and has a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and ready to work. Bake fresh bread daily following established recipes and procedures. Prepare food items listed on the commissary report, including: Fresh baked bread Lettuce and vegetable prep Meat and cheese slicing Chicken preparation Cookies and baked goods Additional food items as required Accurately weigh and portion food. Keep food production pre-staged and ready for use. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Follow all food safety and handling guidelines. Track inventory for shopping and ordering. Assist with general cleaning duties such as dishwashing, sweeping, and mopping. Perform other job tasks as directed by the manager.

Requirements:

Must be able to work the 4 AM

• 12 PM shift consistently.

Ability to follow recipes and prepare food efficiently. Experience with baking and deli meat slicing preferred but not required. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work with urgency. Must adhere to food safety regulations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
