Our Team Members guide our customers to select not only healthy food they can trust, but products for wellbeing and the household that are held to the same high standards as all of the food on our shelves.Demo Coordinator Contributions Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, address their needs, and answer questions about products and store policiesProduct Preparation:
Prepares and showcases food and beverage products for distribution and sampling to customersProduct Knowledge:
Stay informed about the natural and organic products sold in the store to assist customers effectivelyFood Safety Knowledge:
Adheres to food safety standards and regulations, ensuring all food products are safe for consumptionCleanliness and Organization:
Keeps demo table and surrounding areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary suppliesTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and provide support as neededTeam Work and Cross Training:
Participate in cross training to gain knowledge and skills in multiple departments within the grocery store, such as produce, bakery, and customer service. Assist in other departments as needed, ensuring seamless store operations and consistent customer service. Adapt to varying roles and responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support team members across different areas of the storeRequired Knowledge and Experience Education:
