Operate cash register accurately, handle customer transactions, and provide excellent service with a friendly attitude. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including food handling stations and display cases. Follow food safety protocols and proper kitchen procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Support catering events or special orders by preparing baked goods according to specifications. Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing. Qualifications Previous experience in baking or pastry arts is preferred, including cake decorating and food preparation skills. Strong knife skills and familiarity with baking techniques are essential for producing high-quality products. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required. Experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
