Bakery Team Member

Thank you for your interest in M Sweets. Here is a little about us. We are a bakery/cafe located in Downtown Decherd. We are currently growing, that is why we are hiring. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has initiative, has basic kitchen knowledge and experience, someone who is personable, flexible, and efficient. The ideal candidate is someone who is punctual, has amazing customer service skills, and someone who doesn't have to be followed around to make sure they are doing their work. We are a small team, we love to joke and laugh and make our time at the bakery a fun one. We have tons of lovely customers, they mean the world to us, so we want someone who will treat them just like family.
