Back of House Bakery Team Member

We're hiring Bakers to help us meet our high demand for hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh bagels each day. You'll start early (4am-5am) and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment. This is a hands-on, physical job — if you love to move, hustle, and take pride in consistent, high-quality work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Boil, top, and bake bagels to spec (training provided!) Operate a rotating oven and mixing equipment Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies) Bake cookies and other side items Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace Help with inventory, opening, and closing tasks Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments
