Their main focus would be on cake; we bake over 100 pounds of cake daily. Our ideal candidate can be a team player or work independently. Must be able to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day. Must be able to work in a kitchen with hot temperatures. Must be able to use a scale and measure ingredients in gallons and pounds.
Responsibilities include:
Baking cakes according to our recipes and procedures, Being responsible for maintaining quantity of cake needed on a weekly basis, Spraying pans accurately, Weighing cake accurately, and Standing on your feet for 6+ hours per shift - most shifts will be from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with some variation.
Qualifications include:
Attention to detail in all aspects of baking. Ability to follow instructions, written and verbal, and Ability to communicate clearly. We are looking forward to reading your application.
