- 1pm and we are open 7 days Our current bread production; Sourdough, Challah, Wheat, White, Foccacia, Croissants, Hoagies, Brioche buns, lobster roll buns, banana nut bread ( in addition to traditional bakery items) Must have specific experience in bread and be able to hit the ground running (or baking in this case!)
