The Donut and Baker Trainee assists in the preparation, baking, decorating, and packaging of donuts and other baked goods. This position is designed to provide hands-on training in bakery operations, food preparation, quality standards, and customer service while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist with mixing, preparing, and baking donuts and bakery products according to recipes and company standards. Help with frying, glazing, filling, icing, and decorating donuts. Measure and prepare ingredients accurately. Operate bakery equipment safely under supervision. Package and display finished products attractively. Monitor product quality and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety guidelines. Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and organizing ingredients. Support team members with daily bakery operations as needed.
