Job Overview The Fubarista is a dynamic and engaging role that combines customer service with a passion for crafting unique beverage experiences. As a Fubarista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, creating high-quality drinks, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere within the establishment. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment sometimes independently for a few hours . In addition, this position has the opportunity to grow with the company, in their responsibilities and duties. Duties Provide excellent customer service and build connection with fubatea customers by providing tea recommendations and execute with attention to detail each transaction. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty teas, lattes and specialty tea mixes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and supplies during operational hours and closing hours. Brew teas and cook boba when is needed Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic environment. Stay updated on beverage trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in beverage preparation or bartending is preferred but not required. Creativity in crafting unique drink recipes and presentations. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Attention to detail for quality control in drink preparation. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to beverage crafting.
