Our staff is responsible for creating high-quality drinks and food while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare drinks and bubble waffles following Happy Lemon recipes and standards Cook and prepare boba, teas, toppings, and other ingredients correctly Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service Accurately take orders and handle transactions Double check drink modifications and online orders before handing them out Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house Restock supplies and assist with prep throughout shifts Follow food safety, sanitation, and store procedures at all times Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining quality and consistency Communicate with team members and shift leads to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Weekend and holiday availability preferred Food service or boba experience is a plus, but training is provided
