We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of bread products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and delight our customers. You will work early morning shifts from Tuesday to Friday, with a mid-morning shift on Monday.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, including sourdough, rolls, and specialty breads. Follow established recipes and techniques to maintain consistency and quality. Mix, knead, and shape dough by hand or using machinery. Monitor baking process, adjusting temperatures and timings as necessary. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the baking area. Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and report any shortages. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a baker preferred, specifically in bread making Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to lift and carry 50lb
