This is an entry-level position with significant opportunity for growth. We are willing to train the right candidate and develop them into a skilled artisan baker over time.Responsibilities:
scale ingredients according to recipesassist with dough mixing and productiondivide, pre-shape, and shape doughprepare ingredients and maintain organization of production areasclean equipment and workstationsreceive deliveries and organize inventoryassist with general bakery operationsoccasional supply runs as neededQualifications /Requirements:
