This role involves baking, decorating, and packaging a variety of baked goods like croissants, cookies, pastries, and similar items within a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, excellent food handling skills, and experience in bakery or pastry work. This position offers an opportunity to showcase creativity while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This will be a morning shift. Duties Proof and bake croissants, bake cookies, cakes, pastries, and other similar items. Prepare and assemble baked goods, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met. Fill up the bakery case and finish baked products to sell. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with food safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in baking with culinary or kitchen experience preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards. Skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations within the food industry. Experience with packaging baked goods efficiently for retail or catering purposes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who thrive in creative yet disciplined settings focused on delivering high-quality baked goods and desserts.
