Ensure all food preparation meets safety and quality standards, including proper food handling techniques. Package baked goods for display or sale, ensuring presentation is appealing to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries about products. Skills Proficiency in food production techniques, particularly in baking and pastry preparation. Strong understanding of food handling practices within the food industry. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
