Starship Bagel is an award-winning NY-style bagel shop based in Lewisville, TX, established in 2021. We're looking for a Bagel Baker to join our production team. This is a hands on baking role focused on producing high quality bagels through consistent execution, timing, and attention to detail.
What we offer:
$15-$17/hr + overnight shift differential (based on experience) Weekly pay Free bagel + coffee every shift Paid training Flexible scheduling (weekend and overnight availability required) A supportive, production-focused team What you'll be doing: Prepare and bake bagels following established recipes and standards Manage proofing, boiling, and baking processes for consistency Follow production schedules and timing closely Maintain product quality across all batches Keep baking areas clean, organized, and food-safe What we're looking for: Baking or kitchen production experience preferred (1-2 years a plus) Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable and comfortable working overnight/early production hours Able to follow structured processes and timing closely Team focused with a strong work ethic If you enjoy hands-on baking and being part of a production team that cares about consistency and quality, we'd love to meet you.
