Duties Prepare and make bagels, and other food items with precision and care Assist in food production and food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of fresh products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Support catering orders and special event setups with your culinary expertise Use knife skills effectively for slicing, dicing, and decorating as needed for various recipes Ensure all food industry standards are met by following proper cooking techniques and safety protocols Experience Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with restaurant or catering background Strong skills in baking Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with food packaging, food preparation, and general kitchen operations Familiarity with culinary techniques used in cooking, baking, and food presentation Previous customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent communication skills Ability to work early mornings consistently with energy and enthusiasm Join us as an Early Morning and be part of a dynamic team committed to creating delicious experiences from the very start of the day!
