Duties Prepare and assemble bakery products, including cookies, sourdough bread and our signature burridoughs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area, including food handling and sanitation procedures Restock shelves Assist with food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations Experience Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of bakery operations or culinary experience is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for recipe fulfillment and inventory management Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality baked goods while providing outstanding service.
