Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of bagels, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Ensure all baked items meet quality standards in taste, appearance, and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to food safety and handling regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries regarding baked products. Utilize kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and knives, while following proper food handling procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food handling safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
