Duties Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and confections, following established recipes and standards Decorate cakes and desserts with precision using piping, fondant, and other decorating techniques to create appealing designs Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail or catering purposes Assist in food production processes, ensuring all items are prepared efficiently and safely in accordance with food safety regulations Support food handling and preparation tasks in the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times Contribute to catering events by preparing specialty items and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products Maintain accurate records of ingredients used, inventory levels, and quality control checks Qualifications Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts with a strong portfolio of decorated desserts Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations within the food industry Excellent knife skills and familiarity with baking equipment and tools Prior experience working in a restaurant, catering service, or bakery environment preferred Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us as a person where your culinary talent can shine!
