Baker (yeasts dough, croissants)

We are an modern artisan French bakery in the center of Southlake, TX specializing in artisan croissants and contemporary pastries. We take pride in crafting our Viennoiserie products from scratch in-house, rolled by hand. Our process includes a long fermentation process to achieve the perfect balance of crunchiness and rich buttery flavor. Everything is baked daily with limited stock to ensure freshness. We are currently hiring full time Baker for making croissants . The position calls for experienced in bakery individuals, hardworkers with ability to work independently or in the team with full cycle bakery products from scratch.

We are looking for:

3+ years of experience as a baker (bread, donuts, bagels ) in full cycle bakery is a MUST. Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop Making bakery and pastry products with attention to detail Self-organized person, ability to work independently

Responsibilities :

Follow all the recipes and guidelines based on Company's standards Make & bake biscuits, croissants and variety of danishes with attention to details Make fillings such as jams, creams, caramel, icing in a safe an appropriate manner Maintain pastry kitchen equipment, and all areas of kitchen clean and sanitized based on public safety guidelines. Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices. Maintain inventory level and replenish on time Work on different type of equipment This position requires lifting 50 lb occasionally, working with machinery and sharp objects. Performs other related duties as assigned by chef Hourly rate based on interview and skills + paid time offs +long term bonus + employee discount
