• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker/Fryer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each donut is crafted to perfection. This role involves preparing, cutting and frying a variety of donuts while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The baker/fryer will play a crucial role in delivering delicious products that delight our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes and specifications. Shape, fry, and bake donuts to achieve desired texture and flavor. Ensure all food safety standards are met during preparation and cooking processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Mix, shape, proof and bake other doughs and breads as needed on the bench for the days production. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment with all different personalities of people. Skills Proficiency in pastry techniques and food preparation methods. Strong knife skills for precise cutting. Experience in Bakery is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
