Duties Greet customers with enthusiasm, providing exceptional service and product recommendations. Assist in food preparation, including baking, assembling pastries, and restocking the sales floor. Package baked goods efficiently while maintaining presentation quality and freshness. Ensure all food handling complies with safety standards and hygiene regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area, including equipment, display cases, and workstations. Restock shelves with freshly baked items and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages. Support catering orders and special event setups by preparing baked goods according to specifications. Experience Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry arts is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling practices. Kitchen or restaurant experience that demonstrates knife skills, food preparation, and cooking abilities is advantageous. Experience working in the food industry or catering environment is a plus but not mandatory.
