Regular Starting Pay:
$22.50 to $23.00/hour DOE Bridor is seeking Bakers to join our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing team producing premium bakery products for customers across North America.
Schedule Initial Training Period:
Monday through Friday Schedule may vary based on operational needs and training requirements Regular Production Schedule (After Training): Monday through Wednesday 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Three 12.5-hour shifts per week We are hiring immediately and looking for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and passionate about baking. What You'll Do Perform quality checks on baked products throughout production Follow established baking formulas, procedures, and specifications Prepare and organize products for baking and proofing Participate in product evaluations and quality assessments Assist in maintaining baking and proofing standards Support product development and testing activities Train and support team members on baking procedures when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all food safety, quality, and GMP standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years of baking, pastry, or industrial food production experience Knowledge of dough handling, baking processes, and large-scale production environments Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Flexibility to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed Understanding of food manufacturing and safety regulations preferred Benefits Bridor offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time 11 Paid Holidays Annually Annual Production Bonus 401(k) with Company Match up to 6% Join Bridor If you're looking for a stable career with a growing company and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
