Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Donut Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious donuts and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a love for culinary arts, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience. Duties Prepare and bake a variety of donuts according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and donut preparation area. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about products. Operate the cash register system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold food safety standards and practices throughout all food preparation processes. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus. Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
