Bakery Team- Closing Baker Carolina Cupcakery Bakery Chesapeake, VA Job Details Seasonal | Full-time $13 - $15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Bakery Full Job Description We are looking to hire a Closing Baker to join our Carolina Cupcakery Bakery Team for this wedding and busy summer season. We are a small bakery but we keep busy. Fast paced and non-stop at times. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Closing Baker Prepare frostings and batters. Bake menu items as needed for orders and store. Manage leftover menu items according to date and time baked. Record inventory. Wash, sanitize and dry all baking supplies. Wipe and sanitize all work stations. Take out trash. Sweep and mop floors. Record temperatures in freezers and refrigerators. Turn off all ovens and mixers. POS closing procedures. Secure the bakery. Requirements 1-3 yrs in a bakery setting Must be able to lift 50lbs. Customer service, front desk and answering phones are not required but is a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Tips included with regular paycheck. Employee & Family discount and 1 free menu item on days worked. PTO or Comp Time starts accruing after 2 yrs of employment Possible seasonal or PT to FT positions References a plus.
