Responsibilities Lead and manage donut production ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output across all kitchen stations Oversee donut decorating and presentation to meet aesthetic and taste standards Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices throughout all stages of food handling and preparation Develop innovative recipes and menu items that align with brand standards and customer preferences Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs Requirements Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in a commercial setting Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on delivering memorable food experiences Familiarity with packaging processes for retail or catering environments Prior experience in food production or kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable Join us as our Head and bring your culinary passion to life!
