Position:

Assistant Baker Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire baking process, ensuring quality and consistency in all products. Follow step by step baking ins fir each recipe. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other team members on products that need baking. Keep bakery clean and organized. Positive attitude, customer friendly, and enthusiastic about promoting our products; Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time; Meticulous about applying exact measurements, pays strict attention to timing, and works on a tight, fast-paced production schedule; Possesses the discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices; and Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently and with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a baker, is not required, but helpful. Passionate about baking healthy products. Great team player. Attention detail is a MUST. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food preparation environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
