Job Description

Shyndigz is looking for an experienced baker. This candidate would prepare items from scratch using our standardized recipes. Follow production lists and bake all cakes necessary for the day. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently to meet production needs, clean up station and label items for proper storage. Must comply with all health and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in fast-paced, high energy and physically demanding environment. Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Must be able to work independently, previous high volume culinary experience a plus. Candidate should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Physical Demands of the job include but are not limited to: Standing and Walking during 8 hour shift and must be able to lift 50lb bags of ingredients multiple times a day.
