We specialize in custom cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, and specialty desserts. The ideal candidate has experience with buttercream decorating, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful edible art. Responsibilities Decorate custom cakes, cupcakes, and desserts according to customer orders and company standards. Execute buttercream finishes, piping techniques, floral applications, drip cakes, and specialty designs. Prepare cakes for stacking, filling, crumb coating, and final decoration. Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards. Work efficiently to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Assist with baking, prepping, and kitchen duties as needed. Handle custom orders with professionalism and attention to detail. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Previous cake decorating experience required. Strong buttercream decorating skills required. Fondant experience is a plus but not required. Ability to replicate designs from inspiration photos. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability preferred.
