We are NOT looking to train someone who is simply interested in decorating — applicants must already have decorating experience and be comfortable working independently in a professional kitchen environment. We are a family-owned all-vegan bakery known for high standards, creativity, and quality. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves decorating, works efficiently, takes pride in consistency, and enjoys having creative flexibility in their work. What You'll Be Doing Decorating cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other desserts Buttercream piping and finishing work Custom cake and cupcake orders High-volume production decorating during busy periods Maintaining clean, organized decorating stations Assisting with prep and bakery production as needed Working independently while maintaining consistent quality and speed What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of decorating experience Professional bakery experience strongly preferred Portfolio/photos of previous work
