We are currently seeking a groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times. Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas Maintain property safety and Inspections Maintain exterior property appeal Assist with resident communication for customer experience Other duties as assigned
