Baker

Overview We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience baking and creating delicious cakes, croissants, and/or bread. Bonus if you've worked with chiffon cake, croissant dough, dough sheeter, and/or French pastries (a must for the higher end of pay band). Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, cakes, croissants, and pastries
• Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, proofers, ovens, and dough sheeters
• Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
• Decorate baked goods as required
• Keep work areas clean and organized Requirements
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Experience in food production or culinary field
• Food handler's permit
• Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Familiarity with the food industry standards and regulations
• Skill in handling kitchen tools including knives
• Experience working with croissant is a must for this position
