Baker Jaded Bagels Seattle, WA Job Details Full-time $23 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Food Handler Certification Full Job Description About Jaded & TOASTED TOASTED Bagels & Coffee is a Mediterranean-inspired fast casual concept built around scratch-made bagels and a serious coffee program. We have four locations across Seattle and a team of over 50 people who show up every day with intention. We are growing, and we are building something worth being part of. Jaded Bagels is where we prepare bagels for both TOASTED and the Jaded storefront. Hospitality starts with a great product made from scratch every morning. Our bakery team makes that happen. The role The Baker supports bagel and baked goods production at Jaded Bagels under the direction of the Lead Bakers. You will be assigned a specific role and station at the start of every shift and are expected to execute your tasks accurately, consistently, and efficiently. This is a great entry point into a growing bakery production team. What you will do Execute assigned production tasks as directed by the Lead Baker Assist in bagel production including mixing, shaping, boiling, and baking as assigned Follow all recipes and SOPs precisely Maintain quality standards and flag any issues to the Lead Baker immediately Keep your workstation clean and organized throughout the shift Follow all food safety and handling standards What we are looking for Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning production shifts Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately and consistently Food handler certification or ability to obtain before start Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Bonus points for prior bakery, kitchen, or food production experience. Compensation and details $23 per hour Minimum of 30 scheduled hours a week We work 10-hour shifts
