  • The Hall Group The Hall Group is looking for a Lead Baker to take charge of our scratch-made baking program at Queen Anne Beerhall —one of Seattle's most iconic beer halls!

About Us The Hall Group operates high-energy, community-focused beer halls that bring people together through great food, beer, and memorable experiences . Our Queen Anne Beerhall , located just blocks from Climate Pledge Arena, serves thousands of passionate guests every week. We make everything from scratch with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and are committed to innovation and excellence. We sell over 10,000 pretzels a month between our two existing locations, and with a new Seattle restaurant on the way, that number is only going to grow! About the Role As our Lead Baker , you will oversee all baking operations at Queen Anne Beerhall, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in a high-volume environment. This role is all about execution at scale —you'll be crafting thousands of pretzels while maintaining the highest standards of consistency and quality. Additionally, you will support bakers across all Hall Group locations , ensuring standardization, training, and execution company-wide. Beyond production, this role comes with a unique opportunity for innovation —you will lead new menu item development in baking , pushing the boundaries of what we offer while staying true to our commitment to scratch-made, high-quality food. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a high-volume scratch-baking environment Expertise in pretzel-making and large-scale production baking Ability to manage and support bakers across multiple locations A passion for consistency, precision, and creativity in baking A track record of innovation and menu development in a professional kitchen Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay + growth opportunities (we're expanding!)
