We're looking for a talented baker who shares our love for precision, creativity, and quality to join our small team.
The Role :
We're seeking a part-time baker who can help us craft our signature macarons while bringing their own passion and ideas to the kitchen. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone currently in culinary school or a recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in a startup environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Prepare and bake macaron shells following our established recipes to maintain consistency and quality
  • Communicate openly with the team about production needs, challenges, and ideas
  • Contribute creative ideas for new flavors and techniques while respecting our brand identity
  • Adapt to changing schedules and production demands as we grow
  • Monitor quality and consistency throughout the baking process
  • Create the product on time with the highest quality
Who You Are:
  • Currently enrolled in culinary school or recently graduated
  • Knowledgeable about baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen safety
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow recipes precisely
  • A strong communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions or share ideas
  • Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of a startup
  • Creative thinker who can balance innovation with consistency
  • Honest and reliable team player
  • Passionate about learning and improving your craft
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Bonus:
Culinary degree and/or comparable certifications
